Swift Analysis Aptitude is designed for use with managers, directors, professionals, technicians and graduates. The assessment measures critical reasoning through short verbal (6 min), numerical (6 min) and diagrammatic (6 min) sub-tests and is suitable for all high-level roles.

The report has been designed for use in either selection or development. It includes three sections:

  • Introduction
  • Analysis Aptitude Profile with Total Score, Test Taking Styles (Accuracy, Speed and Caution) and Aptitude Area (Verbal, Numerical and Diagrammatic) Sub-Scores
  • Tips on improving abilities
