Swift Comprehension Aptitude is designed for use with operational, commercial, customer and administrative staff. The assessment measures general reasoning through short verbal (4 min), numerical (4 min) and checking (2 min) sub-tests and is suitable for all entry-level roles.

The report has been designed for use in either selection or development. It contains three sections:

  • Introduction
  • Comprehension Aptitude Profile with Total Score, Test Taking Styles (Accuracy, Speed and Caution) and Aptitude Area (Verbal, Numerical & Checking) Sub-scores.
