ACER General and Professional Select
ACER Select is a quick and easily administered test of verbal and numerical reasoning, suitable for recruitment for a variety of occupations. It is a major revision of the well-established and bestselling ACER Higher and Advanced Tests.
ACER Select consists of four test forms that provide two levels of difficulty for verbal and numerical assessment. General Select is based on the level of the ACER Higher Tests ML/MQ/PL/PQ and Professional Select is based on the level of ACER Advanced Tests AL/AQ/BL/BQ.
ACER General Select is suitable for technical, clerical and administrative roles, customer service and sales.
ACER Professional Select is suitable for professional positions that require a high level of reasoning ability, such as managers, engineers and marketing professionals.
The four tests can be used individually or in combination to provide maximum flexibility in a range of recruitment scenarios.

- One assessment (i.e., Professional Select Verbal) costs $29.00 including GST.
- Two assessments (i.e., Professional Select Verbal + Professional Select Numerical) costs $39.00 including GST.
- Two assessments can be combined with the ACER Test of Abstract Reasoning (TAR) or the ACER Mechanical Reasoning Test (MRT) for $59.00 including GST.
