Denver II
This surveillance and monitoring instrument is employed by professionals or trained paraprofessionals to determine if a child's development is within the normal range. It is a useful instrument for Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment (EPSDT) and identifying children at risk. The results are not diagnostic. It is to be used with children birth to six years of age.

Forms come in pads of 100, with an age scale based on The American Academy of Pediatrics recommended health maintenance visits and a behavior rating scale.

Revised to reflect changes in scoring, interpretation and referral. Intended for people who will administer the test. Contains specifics on item administration and interpretation, test score interpretation and norms for each item. Includes a self-test, consisting of questions for the learner, with answers and page references, and a self-checklist to reinforce correct administration. DENVER II Training DVD or Videotape (Introduction)

To be used in conjunction with the Technical Manual and its written Proficiency. To enhance teaching and learning skills use with the DENVER II Item Administration DVD or Videotape (described below). Revised in 1993 to reflect changes in scoring, interpretation and referral.
