The DTVP-2 is used to identify visual-perceptual deficits in children. This battery of eight subtests is an updated version of Marianne Frostig's Developmental Test of Visual Perception and yields two quotients: motor-reduced and motor-enhanced visual perceptual skills. The eight subtests are:
- Eye-hand co-ordination
- Position in space
- Copying
- Figure-ground
- Spatial relations
- Visual closure
- Visual motor-speed
- Form constancy
