The PDMS-2 is an early childhood motor development programme that provides both in-depth assessment and training or remediation of gross and fine motor skills. The assessment comprises six subtests that measure interrelated motor abilities that develop early in life:
- Reflexes
- Stationary
- Locomotion
- Object manipulation
- Grasping
- Visual-motor integration
There is a gross motor quotient, fine motor quotient, and total motor quotient.
