Saville Wave Professional Styles

The Saville Wave Professional Styles is a work based assessment that measures work styles, motivations and degree alignment between the individual and their preferred work culture. It is designed for use in both selection and development, transforming the assessment process with the sophisticated use of internet technology and powerful models of effectiveness in the workplace.

The assessment is comprehensive, measuring the 4 clusters, 12 sections, 36 dimensions and 108 facets of the Wave hierarchical model.

The dynamic combination of both normative (rating) and ipsative (ranking) item style makes it possible to identify exactly where individuals may have “impression managed”, exaggerated, or been overly critical of themselves.
