Assessment resources for Classroom Teachers and Students
Research theme:
ARCT is NZCER's current contract to the New Zealand Ministry of Education to provide assessment support for New Zealand teachers. There are three areas of work: research and development; resource development; and assessment services.
Assessment Resource Banks (ARBs)
Our online Assessment Resource Banks include over 3500 assessment resources in Maths, Science, and English.
Research and development
Our resources are based on our own and national and international research. We present research information in formats relevant to a variety of audiences.
Assessment services
We provide support to advisers and others working with teachers in the use of assessment resources. This service includes presenting at conferences, seminars, lead teacher days, and producing assessment support information for teachers.
