The survey reports the views of teachers/educators from education and care centres, kindergartens, playcentres, and home-based services, and from a small number of kohanga reo, along with the views of parents.

It also looks at resources, professional development, support for children with special educational needs, and relationships between early childhood centres, and between the sector and schools.
