Rachel Dingle

Rachel Dingle is Senior Statistician at NZCER.

Background:

Rachel Dingle is Senior Statistician at NZCER and a Chartered Statistician of the Royal Statistical Society. She was a statistician at the National Foundation for Educational Research in England and Wales (NFER) for five years, working on a range of projects including many evaluations with longitudinal analysis and large datasets. She has extensive experience working with school clusters, and analysing achievement data, both cross-sectionally and longitudinally. She also has extensive experience fitting generalised linear models, including multi-level or hierarchical models.

New Zealand projects for which Rachel has had a major involvement in the analysis of include Literacy Professional Development Project evaluation, Healthy Futures (Fruit in Schools) evaluation, the Building Evaluative Capability in Schooling Improvement project, and more recently Te Toi Tupu: Leading Learning Network Professional Learning and Development work.
