Background:
Rachel Dingle is Senior Statistician at NZCER and a Chartered Statistician of the Royal Statistical Society. She was a statistician at the National Foundation for Educational Research in England and Wales (NFER) for five years, working on a range of projects including many evaluations with longitudinal analysis and large datasets. She has extensive experience working with school clusters, and analysing achievement data, both cross-sectionally and longitudinally.
The achievement measures used include asTTle writing and mathematics, PAT reading, STAR, and NETS. She also has extensive experience fitting generalised linear models, including multi-level or hierarchical models. She has been a co-author for publications in academic journals and has contributed to technical and non-technical research reports.
