NZCER and the University of Otago have developed a new science toolkit to assist teachers to assess, understand and support Year 7 and 8 students’ learning in science.
To get the best out of using the toolkit, NZCER and NMSSA are offering two free webinars on:
20 July (11:30am - 12:15pm) and 3 August (4:00pm - 4:45pm).
The webinars will be led by NZCER’s Lorraine Spiller and Teresa Maguire. They will cover how and why the toolkit was developed, how to access, administer and mark the tests, how to interpret student results and answer any questions you may have about the tool. Don’t miss this opportunity to help your Year 7 and 8 students with their science learning.
Put the links in your diaries now, so you don’t miss these great opportunities.
* NZCER works with the University of Otago to deliver the National Monitoring Study of Student Achievement (NMSSA).
