Surveys are powerful, critical, system-level tools to support wellbeing and progress for the whole school community. But how can you ensure you get the most out of them? Does your internal evidence capture the reality of what is happening in your school?
Survey Savvy is a free session from the New Zealand Council for Educational Research (NZCER) - administrator of the Wellbeing@School, Inclusive Practices and Teaching School and Principal Leadership Practices surveys.
In this session, experts from NZCER will:
- Show how these surveys provide a system-level view of school climate and culture
- Provide best-practice examples for how these surveys have benefited schools
- Explain how they evaluate and show improvement in key intra-school relationships
