Louise is a qualified accountant and joined NZCER in July 2024. She supports the corporate business functions of Finance, Information Technology, Publishing and Press, and Professional Services. Louise brings experience from across various sectors, including vocational education, electricity, and health.
Louise is of Tongan and NZ European descent, and outside of work she is also involved in Pacific community groups and initiatives, holding leadership and governance roles.
Louise has an MSc (Professional Accountancy), University of London; is a Member (Fellow) of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants; and a BCA (Accounting and Marketing), Victoria University of Wellington.
