Restructuring Students for Restructured Work

Abstract

As industry has restructured itself, become leaner and meaner, attitudes to work have changed. In the USA corporation heads have become worried and called for schools to teach children to become good workers. These trends are now felt in New Zealand and Australia. Here the reasons for them are exposed.
