Georgia has completed a Master of Social Sciences degree, where her thesis focused on the implementation of Māori and iwi histories in the new history curriculum. She joined NZCER from an internship with Ngā Pae o te Māramatanga, contributing to a project focused on Embedding Indigenous Knowledge(s) and the maramataka in the Aotearoa New Zealand education system. Georgia’s main focuses are Kaupapa Māori research and evaluation, Māori education and Māori and iwi Histories.
