The Child and Adolescent Memory profile (ChAMP) is a norm-referenced test of memory and learning for children, adolescents and young adults, which provides both memory screening and in depth memory evaluation.
This assessment has been developed based on the latest neuroscience research on memory. It's brief, easy to use and covers both verbal and visual memory. The stimulus materials include real life scenarios, with colourful, developmentally appropriate stimuli that are relevant and engaging to young examinees. No motor response is required from examinees and each subtest includes multiple learning trials.
The two visual memory and two verbal memory subtests are combined to provide an overall score: Total Memory Index. Scores are also provided for visual memory and verbal memory as well as immediate and delayed recall. Recommendations for interventions at home and school are also available.
