Jessie holds a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Jessie is an experienced data scientist with expertise in machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), data wraggling, analysis, modelling and visualisation. Her work focuses on extracting insight from complex educational datasets and translating findings into clear, accessible evidence for diverse audiences, including through dashboards, infographics, and reports. She brings strong technical capability in AI modelling and statistical modelling, alongside a particular interest in using AI-informed approaches to support high-quality educational research, as well as applying AI in educational practice for real-world impact.
Jessie joined NZCER in 2023.
