Teresa is a Senior Researcher and Resource Developer at NZCER.
She is currently the NZCER project manager for the Curriculum Insights and Progress Study (formerly known as NMSSA), a collaborative national assessment project with Otago University's Educational Assessment and Research Unit. She has also been involved in a wide range of projects including assessment resource development and review, the development of research-based tools, evaluations, and exploratory research.
Teresa's research interests include:

- Curriculum and resource development

- Early career teachers
Teresa was a primary school teacher for over 16 years, teaching students at all year levels.
