Abstract

States that few studies have ever shown the improved results of an intervention project continuing after that programme had finished. Asks whether it is possible to achieve sustainability, and what factors would contribute to it? Looks at one programme that sustained gains and how it was done. | Describes a TLRI funded project, which had embedded a process of enquiry - using student achievement data to adjust teaching practice for continued effectiveness
